No Longer Century 21 Worldwide

This has been a pretty hard week for me. I have been a Realtor for almost 10 years. Out of those ten years I have spent almost 8 years with Century 21. This week my broker announced she is dropping the franchise. The company is now an independent office called Wordwide General Real Estate.

I have very mixed feelings about this. I have a wonderful broker. I trust her judgement in a lot of things. I think this will be a great company to work for. And I think it will be very successful. The broker has already implemented some great things to make it a wonderful company. But at the same time I am wondering if this is the path I should be on. I am an honest person and so with my brokers knowledge (and my clients knowledge) I will be interviewing other companies this week. I just need to see if I am still on the right path. I want to make the best business decision not only for me but for my clients. I hope to have made a final decision by the end of this month.
